As Luci said, your essays are always insightful and inspiring for me. Naps are disastrous for me as well. I’ve learned I’m better off of I fall asleep in a half sitting position. I wake up with an ache in my neck but at least I can’t just turn over and sleep more. Thank you for the humor today. We need it.
