I love this! It's so well written and I very much relate to it, though I wish I didn't LOL. I thought quitting smoking was one of the hardest things I ever did. I was wrong. Giving up a habit of constant questioning myself, and not trusting my own instincts... that's so much harder!

My writing came to a screeching halt when I began wondering who actually cared what I wrote. I think that’s my little tyrant talking. I love this essay.
